Information you provide
When you email us or use a contact, newsletter, or donation form, you may provide your name, email address, message, donation details, and other information requested by that form. Please share only what is necessary. Do not send Social Security numbers, card details, medical records, or other sensitive documents through our contact form or email.
Information provided to us is used to respond to requests, communicate about our work when requested, administer donations and community outreach, and maintain records required by applicable law. Newsletter signup is separate from asking for assistance. You can unsubscribe using the newsletter’s unsubscribe link or contact us.
Third-party forms and payments
Zeffy supplies our donation, newsletter, contact, and fundraising-progress services. Submitted information is handled by Zeffy and, where applicable, made available to our organization. Payment details are entered through the payment service, not into this website’s own forms. Zeffy and its payment providers have their own terms, privacy practices, and retention rules. Review Zeffy’s privacy policy before providing information.
Cookies and device information
No advertising pixels or website analytics scripts have been added to this website. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests, and security logs, and may use essential cookies. The private review site also uses its hosting provider’s sign-in and access controls.
Optional Zeffy embeds are disabled by default. If enabled, they connect your browser to Zeffy, which may use cookies, tracking technologies, and device information under its own privacy policy. Choosing to follow a direct link to Zeffy takes you to that service regardless of your embed preference here.

You may withdraw permission at any time. This stops new embedded connections and removes embedded content; it does not delete third-party cookies or previously transmitted information. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser. We do not treat silence or continuing to browse as permission for embeds.
Sharing and retention
Using this site involves the hosting provider and, when used, email, form, newsletter, and payment providers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. Requests about information held by our organization can be sent to the email above; requests about independently held provider records may also need to be sent to that provider. Records may need to be retained for donation accounting, tax obligations, legal requirements, or unresolved requests.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied to our organization, or to raise a privacy concern. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. Do not send identity documents by email unless we arrange an appropriate method. Browser privacy signals do not turn on optional embeds; those remain off unless you explicitly allow them.
Children and photographs
These online contact and donation tools are intended for adults, not for children under 13 to submit information. A parent or guardian should contact us on a child’s behalf. If you believe a child supplied information or wish to raise a concern about an event photograph, email us with the page and relevant details. Do not include sensitive information about a child.

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes to optional embed choices will require a new choice on this device.
